The deliverables will be presented during project Events and desseminated via a separate ACTIVATE results website (TBD), the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform and OER-repositories\referitories (e.g. ORCA.nrw).

WP3 Interprofessional learning for chronic and palliative care | Develop training scenarios for interprofessional collaboration (IPC) in chronic and palliative care and a framework for reflecting on personal experiences in a debriefing session. Create a structure for a dashboard based on Cultural Historical Activity Theory (CHAT), training materials and implementation guides. Carry out pilot implementations in Örebro. | --- |
WP4 Digital technology for individual deliberate practice | AAdapt and extend the TIIM app for individual deliberate practice and the ScriBe AI-based speech-to-text software for transcribing and analysing narrative feedback, create a structure for an e-portfolio to coach students in deliberate practice. Carry out technical testing of the mobile app, transcription software and e-portfolio for individual skills training. | --- |
WP5 Digital technology for interprofessional learning | Develop a web-based dashboard to support an interprofessional collaboration (IPC) debriefing session with a CHAT structure, explore the possibilities of using domain models to analyse debriefing discussions, and conduct technical testing of these tools to improve debriefings. | --- |
